概述

Calmodulin Resin for the affinity purification of calmodulin binding proteins (CBP), including recombinant proteins with a CBP tag and calmodulin-regulated proteins in eukaryotic cells. The resin is 4% agarose coupled to calmodulin and has a ligand density of approximately 1 mg calmodulin/ml resin.

• This resin is ideal for the purification of calmodulin binding proteins that are involved in many biological pathways, including glycogen metabolism,neurotransmission and cytoskeletal control. In addition, a growing use is the isolation of recombinant proteins that are fused to the calmodulin‐binding peptide (CBP).
