概述

The method involves mixing of 1 μl of protein sample with a specific Dilution Buffer supplied with each kit. Apply 1 μl of the solution to the test strip by point-of-contact capillary action.A circular protein spot is produced during 2-8min, The diameter of the spot is proportional to the concentration. By measuring the diameter of the spots with the scale, supplied with each kit, you can easily determine concentration of protein.
