概述

femtoCHROMO-HRP kit is supplied with a single step chromogenic substrate for the rapid development of protein bands with low background staining. To ensure low background staining, each kit is supplied with an enhanced blocking agent, BLOT-QuickBlocker?, and a concentrated (10 x ) washing buffer, femtoTBST Buffer. In addition, optional HRP or AP labeled secondary antibodies against mouse or rabbit antibodies are supplied. femtoCHROMO?-HRP kit contains a modified TMB (3, 3, 5, 5-Tetramethylbenzidine) substrate that generates a dark blue precipitate in the presence of horseradish peroxidase.Features:Detects >20 ng.
