概述

From bovine pancreas Highly Purified by the affinity chromatography. It is a proreolytic preferentlially catlyzes the hydrolysis of peptide bounds involving l-isomer of tyrosine, phenylalanine and tryptophan. Optimum pH is 8.0. The enzyme is inhibited by heavy metals , trypsin and inhibitors to various degrees.
