Product Summary

The Quantikine Human BMP-4 Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid phase ELISA designed to measure BMP-4 levels in bone tissue extracts and cell culture supernates. It contains NS0-expressed recombinant human BMP-4 and antibodies raised against the recombinant factor.

Recovery

The recovery of recombinant human BMP-4 spiked to levels throughout the range of the assay in various matrices was evaluated.

Linearity
